Nice Surprise

Here she is hiding so she wouldn't see them bringing the bike in.
She is smiling pretty big when she sees it. Everyone was waiting for a bigger response I think. :-)
She hopped right on it. (yes even though she is wearing a skirt lol) Do you like her princess crown?

In the video she was having a hard time pedaling. (maybe because there is still plastic on the tires. lol) Anyway that's what she was complaining about. Do you like her matching Disney Princess helmet and elbow and knee pads?

Wedding Fun

No, this isn't just a dark box...It's our wedding album!

I think Husband likes it! Yay! I'm so excited that we finally got it! I love it so much!

Princess Princess!

She got her ears pierced for her birthday!!! She had a tough time through it but luckily Mum Mum was there to help her and she's excited about them now! She was happy to show them off when we got there!

Here's her cake

This is our present

Today is the Princess' birthday. She is now officially Three! Here are pictures of her cake and the princess flip flops we got her. :-) Have you ever seen so many pink presents? Anyway, she is such a hoot!

New toys

So, in St. George we dropped our camera and the thing that holds the battery in, broke. On Tuesday we went to Costco on our lunch break. We were looking at the cameras and one of the workers taked us into the Sony cybershot. We weren't totally sure we wanted it but by the end of the day we were. We went back and got it! I'm really excited. I would post pictures right now, but since I'm at work I can't because out internet blocker is retarded so hopefully I can get to my mum's tonight. Anyway I'm excited!

Warm Weekend

This weekend was an adventure! On Friday I decided I needed new clothes because I don't have any. lol So, we went to South Towne Mall and I spent too much money, but I got some great deals. Growing up we ALWAYS had new clothes for church on Easter! So I just couldn't not wear something new. We headed down to Mount Pleasant at about 8:30 and I drove! It's my first time driving in the dark and I did pretty good. Luckily Husband has really good eyesight and would warn me about upcoming deer.

Bright and early on Saturday Morning we left for St. George with my MIL, 2 BILs, and their wives and 2 nephews and 1 niece. We sat in the back for the three hour trip down and all I have to say is that I'm lucky I didn't eat anything for breakfast because I wouldn't have been able to keep it down!

Anyway, we got down there about 3 hours before we could check in so what did we do? Ate and the boys went to the driving range and the girls went shopping again lol. The weather was so nice! It was perfect. Not too hot but not cold at all! Finally we checked into the hotel and we got ready for my Grandpa-in-law's 90th birthday party. He's the cutest old man. He always hugs me and is so sweet. We got pictures taken with MIL's whole family and Grandpa. Of course I dropped our camera and now it only works half the time. I'll post the one picture I got later.

On Sunday morning we stopped and got gas for the trip home and my BIL spilled gasoline on his nice church shirt. lol so of course we had to stop at Wal-mart and get him a non-stinky shirt. We had family breakfast at Husband's aunt's house and the kids got to have an egg hunt. We went to church at the assisted living home where grandpa lives so that was cute. They just have a tiny branch there. It was only like 45 min long.

After that we said our goodbyes and made the trek home. We finally got to my mom's at about 5pm but it was good to see my family. That's the hardest part about being married is sharing time for both families on holidays. I miss my family so much when I'm away from them on a special occasion. But I'm sure it'll get easier.

Anyway, sorry this is such a long post! I guess I should probably do some work now, since I'm being paid to be here! lol ttfn

Well...Sometimes gifts are good.

This is what I found when I got home!!!

Look how pretty!

YAY I love the big pink one.

The biggest surprise was the dvd and soundtrack which I've been listening to and singing the whole day lol

So, I know yesterday I said we should focus on the little things in life and love, the type of things that money can't buy. lol Well yesterday I got home and Husband had a wonderful surprise for me. We'll be out of town this weekend so we wont have much of an easter. Husband knew I really wanted Enchanted and it came out yesterday. He has only got me flowers twice before this, and I love flowers. I was so surprised and it was so romantic. He even had the lights off and a candle lit. I love him so much. Anyway, enough mushy stuff! Time for IDOL!

Love

This is husband sleeping. On our way home from work. Lol yes he fell at about 5:30pm

Sorry about the weird angle. I was driving.

This is husband's hand on my leg while he's sleeping. Such a simple act but by it, I know that he loves me and is always there to protect me.

Isn't love such a great thing. Better than the expensive gifts, the elaborate words, etc I love the little things. Like just staying up and talking about anything in bed, holding hands, the way he looks at you. Anyway, I just love being in love. And I hope my husband realizes how happy I am that he is my eternal companion. I hope you all take time to look at the small and simple things in life. (great things will come! lol)Sorry I'm rambling and making no sense.

Pathetic

45

Jen we're twins!

Lovely Weekends!

I love the weekends, they are so relaxing and wonderful. We went and saw Alvin and the Chipmunks with my nephews on Friday. They absolutely loved it, so it was fun. On Saturday we had pankcakes with my family, very yummy. Thanks Dad! In the afternoon we went to the local humane society to look at the cats and dogs. The top picture is Casey, I totally fell in love with him. In our lease contract it says we cant have pets, except for fish, so we are trying to talk our landlord into letting us get a cat! Cross your fingers! :-) We'll see. After that we went and saw I am Legend. Such a good movie!!! Loved it. On Sunday I got to spend time with my husband. I love him so much! We went to my mom and dads for dinner, a game, and watched Kicking and Screaming. That movie is so funny. What a great weekend! Now I'm back at work and with the time change I feel like a zombie! Oh well. TTFN

Sprouts!

If you squint you can see that there's two sprouts!
Sorry they're so blurry!

Hopefully it'll look like this one day!!!

Last week I planted a mimosa pudica for us and one for my niece and nephews.

We had a great weekend in Mount Pleasant. We took my brother down with us and went 4-wheeling, had a snowball fight, went bowling, watched a movie, ate food. It was great! When we got home on Sunday night this is what we found!!! Sprouts. I'm so excited!!! These plants are so fascinating. Is that spelled right? Anyway it's cool!
