So, I've decided to join my mom as she teaches women in her ward about health and fitness. Yes, I'm an enrolled student. It has helped motivate me to lose the thousand pounds I've gained since the wedding. Husband is just to nice to tell me that I need to start working out again. I'm just lazy and sit in an office all day long and I'm tired when I get home or I have school work. Anywho...Last night we learned about how to eat right. blah! As you can recall from my first post my nickname doesn't coincide with nutrition. So, starting soon (maybe monday lol) I need to write down everything I eat and become a calorie counter. I hate doing this. I'm horrible at it and my mom has done it like everyday for about two years. It's hard for me, but I'm gonna do it. I'm determined. The below is what I need to do. ha ha we'll see how it goes. Hopefully the scale will start going back down the other way! I need it!
